As per requested from my vlog comments, I’m finally sharing what I did to lose a bit of weight during quarantine – mostly through intermittent fasting!
*PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE* still do your research because I’m not an expert or a nutritionist etc so please take this with a grain of salt.
Also for my chart, I forgot to mention that I didn’t actually record EVERYDAY as you guys can see I skipped a few days and eventually gave up altogether once I saw I was making progress.
